This panel discussion will review key measures ancillary to arbitration including: 

  • England & Wales : Anti-suit and freezing injunctions
  • France : Anti-suit injunctions and “saisines”
  • Germany: Obtaining a declaration on the admissibility of arbitral proceedings via Section 1032 of the German Civil Code.

It will also incude an update and analysis of Russian measures pursuant to Article 248 of the Russian Arbitrazh Code
