  • What are the benefits of sponsoring LAW?

    Sponsors of London Arbitration Week (LAW) access a range of benefits including logo promotion, priority allocation in hosting sessions and complimentary tickets to the main conference (depending on the level of sponsorship). Sponsorship for LAW2025 is now closed but you can email sponsorship@londonarbitrationweek.co.uk if you are interested in sponsoring in 2026.

  • How can I organise an event during LAW?

    To organise an event on during London Arbitration Week (LAW), you must submit an event proposal via the website form here. Event proposals are subject to scrutiny by the LAW Events Committee and approved proposals may be subject to a registration fee. Please submit any event proposals as soon as possible and by no later than 31 October 2025.

  • Are there any limitations to an event proposal?

    The LAW programme is fixed for the Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and we therefore only accept proposals for Tuesday and Thursday. These should take place during 90-minute windows, set at 08:30 – 10:00, 10:30 –12:00, 12:30 - 14:00, 14:30 – 16:00, and 16:30 – 18:00.

  • How do I attend the LAW-organised events?

    The main conference during LAW will take place on Wednesday 3 December. Due to limited capacity tickets to this event are on an application basis. You can apply here.

    You can apply for a ticket until the 24 October 2025. You will find out if you are approved for a ticket no later than the 31 October 2025. Once approved, you will be able to book your ticket and payment of £500 (+VAT) must be made. This ticket includes attendance at either the opening or closing drinks (held on the Monday and Friday respectively).

  • How do I attend other events during the week?

    Registration for events on Tuesday 2 December and Thursday 4 December are all made through the LAW website via the 2025 Programme page. You must register for an account to book these events. You can book places at these events regardless of whether you have a ticket to the Flagship Conference on Wednesday.

    Registration for GAR Live on Monday 1 December, and the LCIA’s Tylney in Town on Friday 5 December is managed by the respective organisers. Links to register to these events can be found in the events calendar.
