The centrepiece of London Arbitration Week 2025, the Flagship Conference at London’s Guildhall, brings together the sharpest minds in international arbitration for a full day of debate, analysis, and insights.

The conference programme is designed to challenge assumptions and spark new ideas. Panels will feature distinguished practitioners, arbitrators, judges, and experts addressing the most pressing issues facing arbitration today. With a carefully curated agenda, every session promises to deliver insight and inspiration.

LAW Ticket Conditions

  • Payment of the ticket price (£500 + VAT) shall be made within 5 working days of the ticket being confirmed. Payment should be made via the LAW website.
  • The ticket gives the right of entry to specific LAW events as confirmed on the user account (events are as advertised on the LAW website) on Monday 1 December – Friday 5 December 2025 at the times and at the locations stated on the website.
  • The GAR Live, IDRC, CIArb and LCIA events are separately ticketed.
  • Ticket holders will be able to attend the opening cocktails on 1 December.
  • The ticket is non-transferable and must only be used by the individual to whom it is issued. Breach of this stipulation may result in forfeiture of the ticket. In exceptional circumstances LAW, in its complete discretion, may approve a transfer to a nominated person
  • Ticket holders must not bring any weapon, alcohol or drugs (other than those prescribed by a doctor) to a LAW event.
  • In the event that the entirety of the LAW events are cancelled, a full refund will be given. No refunds will be given for partial cancellation. Events will not be cancelled in the event of strike by public transport. In the event that a ticket-holder is unable to attend, a refund of 85% will be given up to 31 October 2025. No refund is payable after that date.
  • LAW may exclude anyone considered to be behaving in an anti-social, abusive or threatening manner; carrying any prohibited items; under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol (or appear to be); or using an invalid or counterfeit ticket or one not issued to the person purporting to use it.
