In the ever-popular LCIA “Tylney-style” tradition, this interactive discussion will provide an opportunity for delegates to share news and views on developments in the field of international commercial arbitration and dispute resolution.
This discussion is aimed at arbitrators, in-house counsel, practitioners, academics and members of the local and international business community interested in, and affected by, current developments and best practice in the field of international arbitration and dispute resolution.
Delegates will be contacted before and invited to submit topics for discussion and at the event, will be encouraged to participate in a free-flowing discussion of the topics submitted, under the expert guidance of the Co-Chairs.
The seminar will be held under the Chatham House Rule to facilitate an open and honest discussion. The language of the seminar will be English.
A delegate registration fee will cover the following: symposium documentation, working sessions, morning tea, lunch and refreshments.
