Join Jeremy Wilson, Co-Chair of Covington & Burling's International Arbitration and Disputes Practice, and Marcus Fishburn, Global Head of S-RM's Disputes & Investigations Practice, at Covington & Burling's offices for a panel discussion focussing on intelligence gathering in the context of disputes, exploring its movement into the mainstream and the opportunities this presents for disputing parties, as well as the inherent risks.
This panel will aim to draw out insights into how intelligence firms and legal teams can work most effectively to gain the upper hand in arbitration by unearthing and deploying critical intelligence in an admissible form. The panel will draw on the experience of the participants, bringing the session to life with examples and stories from the field.
The duration of the panel will be 45 minutes, followed by 15 minutes for the audience to ask questions, and lunch will be provided.
